CARING FOR SCOTLAND'S SICK, INJURED AND ORPHANED WILDLIFE

January 1st 2017

Here we go. New Year. New start and an attempt to keep the diary going this year, even during the busy season.

The year got off to an early start with the first casualty arriving at 01.30am this morning. The deer was in collision with a vehicle, not far from Hessilhead. I guess she is one the deer that we see often in the wood and water meadow. She was still looking pretty groggy this morning, but by late afternoon she was up on her feet.
