CARING FOR SCOTLAND'S SICK, INJURED AND ORPHANED WILDLIFE

December 11th 2013

There is still time to sponsor a patient as a Christmas present for friend and family. Patients still on the list include seals, buzzard, tawny owl, hedgehogs, deer and swans.

If you are shopping at Amazon you might like to check out the Hessilhead Wish list, and be sure to sign up for Give As you Live before making orders.

Today we released the buzzard that was found by police officers from Lochgilphead just over three weeks ago. It took a while for the buzzard to start feeding himself, possibly because of internal injury. He was bleeding from the mouth when we collected him, and was very subdued for days. He went off well today though, back on his own patch.DSC_8543 - Copy
